Well this was a great treat!
Ran a loop by my sisters house in Cumbria, with her in company.
Now my sister is thin and fit due to a lot of hockey playing. However she didn't rate herself as a runner..hmmm, I think she may be a little too self-deprecating!
Beautiful loop with a couple of decent hills in them and the scenery was incredible! Sun was out and it was nice and warm; there was nothing to not love about this.
I had a second lap on me own at a little harder work rate and loved it all!
Complete with Nephew William, the water boy at the end.
All very special.
