Nice to return to running with Rich.
Decided on our newer route, but kinda accidentally added a dog leg on which made it a little bit of a distance in the end!
Ne'er mind; although I did feel a little guilty at keeping him out.
Felt good mesel after speedwork yesterday and 'lie-in' this morning.
Rich only died a little towards the last couple of miles.
Good steady run out in the dark and not too cold either.
All good!
