Had the distinct feeling yesterday that perhaps I was 'teetering' a little in training at the moment.
After two very heavy weeks of milage (for me) and some long runs the legs were starting to feel it in places where normally they're fine. So today I went out ultra cautious and really 'listened' to how things were working and feeling as I ran.
I tried not to exert too much HR or run too fast.
A relaxed run that really isn't that shoddy at 7:50av.
Legs feel good afterwards and aches feel relieved.
Pretty much job done I reckon.
