Slightly confused about this 'taper' week!
I still seem to be doing some milage; I suppose its meant to be at a lesser effort/ pace? Tell that to my alarm clock...and my body clock when I'm trying to get out the door 45 minutes after I've got up!
Run was WARM! Slightly mizzly but not raining.
Sweated up a storm in unnecessary jacket and hat.
Discovered that @marathontalk podcasts do not work on the running phone!
Rest day tomorrow and easy 5 Friday so suppose the madness sets in now?
