Tried desperately to get out on time this morning to fit a little more miles in to this run. Up to 14 would have been ideal, but I just didn't manage it after slightly dodgy meal at The Village, Walsall last night.
So tried to up pace a little and kind of managed it. Earlier miles felt good with deliberate pace drops around the course; especially around the Bescot loop.
Legs mebbe a little heavy after the milage of the weekend, but I'm not that concerned really.
I got good miles in and that's what counts.
