Saw on the Met Office web site that it was to be warmer today, 6oC. Compared with yesterday this is nigh on tropical. So I decided that I'd forgo the gloves and hat and just wear the 'Anti-Rain.'
Hmmm...next time I should really take a look at the wind speed! Bleedin 'ell did it blow, and cold!
Can't get the hang of this being a slower, easy run. The legs feel good and I just always feel like lifting them and striding out. So may have to rein it in a bit in coming weeks.
Was pushing some pace today with Sunday in mind. Trying to get the legs and body used to running so much quicker than in quite some time!
Whether this works out for sunday - who knows!
