So. No run with Rich tonight, no teaching so free to run with the Boss.

But she was home late, so ran late and consequently not eaten.

So only did the route with Sarah and no extra and thats my excuse!

Now awaiting pizza, and lots of it.

Oh and it was cold with a beautiful moon over the canal!
