Sutton Park by jules_perox at Garmin Connect - Details
So even with a #TNSG member down @madlot1, Oscar and me still met in a cold freezing raining park at 6am!
Went out with perhaps a little too many clothes on (3 layers in end, hat and gloves) but still felt comfortable.
@madlot1 decided to run the two laps which was good for company. Was very steady in pace today though. Even Oscar was looking a little sluggish (or bored missing his #TNSG dog-mate!?)
Took a diversionary route on the second lap as the state of the woods was so bad on the first. Deeper mud with lots of tripping debris.
The new route turned into quite an epic with lots of open space running was great for a change of scenery.
Long time on feet but all good.
