Valley by jules_perox at Garmin Connect - Details
Decided that the easy run should be with the newly charged head torch through Sandwell Valley as I've not been in a while.
Was strangely disappointing.
Saw nowt!
No birds, foxes - not even a rat!
Although I reckon there were a few in the layby on the way back, eurgh!
Run wise I failed miserably to hit the planned 8:30 a mile pace as recovery. Unsure why, just didn't happen. Need to work harder and more disciplined at this aspect...running outta ideas.
Anyone?
