First time in a good while that I've ran this route. But when plan says 10 miles, then this is it!
Must be something about Tuesday morning running after a rest day as this flew. Very happy with sub 7:30 all round as was feeling pretty okay. The usual tiredness and fatigue coming round the corner from Bescot didn't really kick in.
Was cold today, first outing for the hat and gloves and needed. Not bitter, about 3oC, but best being comfortable and not heroic!
Met nice man on the bike this morning and he looked wrapped up summat mad already for the winter!
Must be spreading!
