Went out in cold nasty wet blowy weather with new North Face gloves on!
Wasn't actually that cold but hey, they are THE North Face Xmas gloves!
The Boss ran determinedly. She did well, especially up the Newton Road - no walking.
I left her and then ran on to run conservatively the 7 or so miles of the Broadway cut course.
Was listening to Marathontalks latest podcast and enjoying my legs moving when decided to really just run and step out. The more I did the stronger I felt, was great! Was falling into the 7:10 - 7: 25 average. Finished up strong and fast and enjoying it all!
Nightime running not too bad really!
