So..I'm just back from the 14 mile LSR to find the Boss all changed and sporty-like!
Turns out she's off out for some exercise around Red House.
So I offer to come along and support etc thinking it'll be a good way to warm down my legs as well.
We ran 1 of the 4 sides of each lap (4) and she did really well. Was nice to be out and about with her as well. Hope it carries on...
