Broadway by jules_perox at Garmin Connect - Details
Woke up well today. Felt good and was awake well before the alarm listening to the wind outside. It was blowing a bleeding gale!
Seemed like most of the quite circular route of the Broadway run was against a headwind -how's that work then?!
Head said easy run but mind said TEMPO! Especially inspired after last weeks record breaking coverage of this route. Opened the stride up nicely and soon got going. But this week was not near the pace of last weeks as the wind, more miles and me feeling more tired than last week went against a really fast time.
Although I can't and won't grumble at 7:22's.
Very mild and warm again after yesterdays coldness.
