Officially Top Gear Wet!
So decided on change of mind and did a quick-ish out n back on the Wolvo Road for 5 miles. Was good to be out but would have been nice to go a little quicker as I did spend some time awaiting the catch up of my running bud! But not complaining as its always good to run with people. Just need to remember 5:30am in the dark on me own perhaps?!
Was extremely wet though.
We were both wet through after less than a mile really.
But as always, good to get that wet so that you can still run and know what it feels like I reckon.
