So a welcome return one of my favourite and most ran routes.

So why do the numbers say 'slow?'

It felt okay and even quick at the end, but an 8av for this route and distance is a bit disappointing really. Mile splits are terrible! I don't tend to run 8:10's let alone a first mile of 8:45 on me own!!
