Felt really strong on the run today...
Stopped within the first mile to talk with next door neighbour, very pleasant didn't stop the watch...didn't think much of it.
But that statistic from the first mile threw my average right down!
Every time I looked it was hovering around the 7:44 mark, even uphill - the Sutton Rd Hill for pities sake!
Oh well..was a good run and felt strong.
Done!
