Speedwork:Broadway cut by jules_perox at Garmin Connect - Details
I bleedin' hate Speedwork! With a passion!
However...the new plan says do some based on minutes a week rather than anything more specific like distance splits.
So I chose to do 12 minutes worth as 3x4min with 1 min rec. 1st split flew (obviously!) Second split wasn't bad then the third hit the bleedin' big hill so was nigh on 30 seconds out! Still bright-ish at 7:07 though?
Anyroad, thank Jeebus that's them done for a week!
