Speedwork - Broadway by jules_perox at Garmin Connect - Details
Still hating the speedwork! Such a drag first thing in the morning.
Struggled with the warm up miles to keep them to pace this morning-if only the rest had gone so quick!
They were too fast at 7:32av and should have been 7:45-8:00, but that was only the start.
Felt like I was striding out with the intervals but evidently I wasn't striding enough. The angry wasp was well in existence from MrGarmin. I only hit one of my 4 reps in the right zone.
At worse I was 34 seconds out!
No excuises (was a hilly course!) just will keep this course and this session for a few more weeks and see if I can improve on it.
