Despite a very rainy night it was only damp underfoot this morning. Didn't actually rain on me. All good!
Took the Lenser around the Valley. Found it easier to carry it in its case rather than just wrapped around my wrist. May try that Saturday.
Met another bloke out running, had a brief chat. He seemed impressed at the 7 miles I was on as he was 'only' doing three. Tried to reassure him that it was still good just to get out and do it...hope I did.
Keeping a little eye on back and hip still. May need to think about some dynamic stretches at end of runs...we shall see.
