Seven miler through the Valley with the Headtorch.
Was okay, warmer than I thought it was going to be...still!
Pace was settled until I met this bloke bouncing along quite well.
Caught him up from behind and announced my presence (he had headphones on) - nowt. Waved as I drew alongside - nowt!
He COMPLETELY blanked me! Never before had it. Not a wave, nod or acknowledgement.
So I stepped on it and blew him into the weeds! Sub 7 mile that one and worth it! Git!
Saw my nice lady runner and SHE waved and spoke.
Doesn't take an effort to be pleasant!
