Speedwork - Broadway Cut by jules_perox at Garmin Connect - Details
I was aiming to add a few minutes to the splits this week. But didn't get time to program it up properly so did the same workout as last week.
Not sure whether it felt easier?
Splits were better, and nearly hit them all apart from the last uphill killer! The recoveries were slow, but thats not a problem really, not something I'm concerned about. I quite like @jwultra's quote about the sloow being too fast and the fast being too slow in session work. A good mantra.
Bleedin' rained on me as well! Hadn't foreseen that and i checked the forecast!
Ne'er mind, its over for another week!
