So it's LSR day but I still fancy the trails and me mates! But I couldn't find any so had to settle for #TNSG in the end!
First lap was good fun and banter as always...well apart from Oscar repeatedly trying to kill me!
Very muddy and wet after yesterdays deluge which a certain team member took their advantage-Git!
Took the handheld so plenty of water for the second lap. This went well too really. Didn't change pace significantly (I thought) just stretched my legs out a little as I felt.
Good run and good recovery at the end.
What's not to like?!
